Private Classes

Private yoga classes are ideal for a person who is new to yoga, recovering from an illness or injury, or just wants more personalized attention.

In a private session, your instructor will work with you on yoga techniques (postures, breath exercises, meditation, and relaxation) to help you meet your goals.

Sessions can be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes.
